Liftgate Delivery For facilities without a loading dock or forklift, liftgate delivery is required in order to remove the pallet from the truck. 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Please Note some product brands, such as Children's Factory need additional two weeks before products ship due to made-to-order. Contact us before ordering for detail time frame. 

Order Shipment:

We offer free shipping on most of our products to the lower 48 states in the U.S. with no minimum order required! Free shipping does not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame, so if you are needing your product within a specific time please contact us first before placing an order. Additional shipping cost may apply.  

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@sensorymart.com

Normal / Ground Shipping:

Most items are processed within 24 hours and are shipped from the warehouse within 48 hours via 3-7 business day ground delivery service (unless lead-time is otherwise noted on product page). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning. We will attempt to notify you by email and provide a tracking # when your product(s) ship.

Freight Shipping:

Heavy items (anything over 150 lbs)Typically, heavy equipment is shipped on a pallet and will arrive on a semi-truck. If you have access to a loading dock at your facility, that’s great! The truck will pull up, and you should be good to go. However, if you are having your product delivered to a residential location or any place without a loading dock, you will need to add "Liftgate" service during checkout. 

A liftgate is a hydraulic lift on the back of a truck that lowers freight from the truck to the curb or street. It is an essential feature to have if you do not have a way to get the product off the truck yourself. If you need additional assistance like having your order uncrated, you will need to add "Inside Delivery" service. See Below for additional information on Inside Delivery Service.  

Inside Delivery:

If a loading dock is not available at your delivery site, you can request inside delivery on most freight shipments for an additional fee. This means the driver will carry your shipment through the threshold of the delivery location. 

  • Inside-delivery to residences: When freight is delivered to a residential address, inside delivery involves the carrier moving the pallet to the driveway, porch, or garage. Drivers will not take freight inside a home. Planning for this is imperative when your freight is delivered to a residence, or you could potentially face delays or have to make redelivery.
  • Inside-delivery to a business or school: If delivering to a business, inside delivery generally means the shipment will be left inside the door of the business. Typically, the carrier will bring the freight a few feet inside the main entrance. If the freight needs to be delivered to the interior of the building, up a staircase or up an elevator, the delivery charge will increase.


    Also, remember that most drivers will not breakdown freight to move it through doors. If your freight is larger than the entryway, a driver will not bring it inside. Drivers will also not perform “extraordinary” functions, including delivering up long or winding drives or attempting to deliver in any area that is unsafe for their normal equipment such as a narrow hallway or steep stairs. 

These options are available on our products when they require freight shipping. Lead times vary between 1 to 2 weeks, dependent on the size of the order.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor’s website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

  •  You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
  • The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc.)
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
  • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) immediately when they arrive. ALL DAMAGED PACKAGES SHOULD BE REFUSED. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, you should note it on the freight bill when signing for delivery. If your product is defective or sustains damage during shipping, please send photos to Returns@SensoryMart.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.  Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order minus a 10% restocking fee. 

How do I return a product?

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your product.  The product must be returned unused in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of used products.  You should also provide us with a receipt of your purchase and a reason for returning the item.

Please note that you cannot return an item without a valid return authorization number.

You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping to the address given at the time you receive your RMA. In addition, there will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned products.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, Sensory Mart will issue a refund for the full amount (minus restocking fees) to the credit card used for the purchase only.
